Narryna has some wonderful examples of early photography in its collection including daguerreotypes and ambrotypes. This image of Fanny Maria Davenport is an ambrotype 1/6th plate taken in 1861 when Fanny was 12 years old, it was donated to the Narryna collection by Miss Cecily Shoobridge.
